The first step is to revise your Chapter bylaws. You can use the sample bylaws to do this.

Confirm that all of your chapter officers are active ACM SIG Members and ACM Professional Members .

Complete the Viability Plan (pdf) and send it to Local Activities. This short form will help you focus your goals and strategies for becoming a vibrant chapter.

Once you've submitted the Viability Report, please fill out the promotional materials request form to help you revitalize your chapter.
