CQL'96 will provide a unique opportunity for a multi-disciplinary dialog on the
critical computing issues that are shaping our society for the next millennium.
We welcome participation from computer scientists, educators, philosophers,
social scientists, psychologists, ethicists, lawyers, policymakers, computer
industry representatives, and decision-makers in this dialog. CQL'96 will feature
technical sessions, policy discussions, nationally recognized speakers, and
tutorials.
