All CSCW submissions must be in English. Unless otherwise noted in the submission category, submissions must conform to the ACM SIGCHI Conference Publications Format. The CSCW 2002 Conference Proceedings is the main archival publication of the conference, and offers a key reference document for researchers and practitioners in the field. All accepted full papers will be published in the Proceedings, which will be provided to all conference registrants and will be sold by ACM after the conference.

In addition to the Proceedings, a booklet containing accepted submissions in other categories will be published and distributed to conference attendees. However, this booklet is not an archival reference publication.

The CSCW audience is international; please ensure that your submission is written in clear and straightforward prose. Avoid regional expressions that would be difficult for an international audience to understand.

Authors are encouraged to consult the detailed instructions for their submission category, available from the CSCW 2002 Web site or the chairs of their submission category. CSCW 2002 requires online submission for all participation categories.
