International Visitors
Anyone entering the United States (regardless of mode of travel or citizenship) will need to present a passport or other accepted identity document at the border.
As a rule, all international visitors to the United States require a nonimmigrant visa except for citizens of exempt countries. Requirements vary depending on country of citizenship. Visit the U.S. Department of State website to determine what documents you will need.
Visa Support Letters
The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend ACM sponsored conferences. We can however issue a visa support letter. If you need a visa support letter, download the CSCW 2008 Visa Support Letter Request Form, complete it, and fax it to +1-303-530-2691. Once we have received your form, a Visa Support letter will be issued to you.
