COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCE TRACK
Scope: Computational Science lies at the core of applied computing.
Widespread availability of powerful yet affordable computing systems has
revolutionalized the approach to solving scientific and engineering problems.
The classical approach based on laboratory model building has been replaced
by computer simulation. While the classical approach is time consuming
and very expensive, the computer simulation based analysis is cost effective.
It also allows exploration of alternative designs very effectively. Given
the ever growing importance of this approach, newer journals are dedicated
to this area have sprung up, witness IEEE Transactions on Computational
Sciences. Several universities have started offering inter-disciplinary
degree programs in computational sciences and computational finance involving
programs in physics, chemistry, mathematics, meteorology, computer science,
statistics, finance and economics.
We solicit papers in the broad range of topics including but not limited
to the following:

Computational Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and all aspects of Engineering

Visualization and graphics
-
Computational finance
-
Time series Analysis and its applications
-
Classical numerical algorithms
-
Simulation
Submission guidelines:
Papers reporting original and unpublished results and experiences are welcome.
