Charles Cavaiani (cav@snake.srv.net) has twenty years' experience in computer security, computer software development and maintenance, mainframe systems administration, quality engineering, radiation health protection, chemistry, and operational nuclear engineering. He is presently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Computer Science (Computer Security) at the University of Idaho. For the past five years he has been employed by the Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office as a Physical Scientist.
