Dipanjan Chakraborty can be reached at dchakr1@cs.umbc.edu. He is a Ph.D. student and a Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science & Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland Baltimore County. His research interests include Mobile and distributed computing, Electronic Commerce, Network Protocols, Ad-hoc Networks and Distributed Systems. He is a student member of ACM. November 2000
