Mark Allman (mallman@grc.nasa.gov) is currently working at the NASA Glenn Research Center researching satellite networks. He earned both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science from Ohio University. Mark is heavily involved in the Internet Engineering Task Force. Mark's current research interests are in transport and application protocols, reliable multicasting and measuring network dynamics.
