Norbert Kubilus
Norbert J. Kubilus, CCP is an Assistant Professor of ComputerScience at the College of New Jersey, where he teaches courses in systems development and database management systems. A graduate of Seton Hall University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he has over 25 years of software engineering experience in industry and education.
