Caroline Brooks (brooks_caroline@acm.org) is a graduate student in the Master of Science program in Technical Communication at NC State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Caroline's main research interests are web collaboration, virtual reality, and information warfare. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys hanging out at the local bookstore with her 9 year old daughter, reading anything and everything related to Information Technology.
