About the Cover
Programming languages have long been used to represent computer instructions with words. More recently visual languages have been used to represent computer instructions with pictures. We've gone one step further and designed a cover photo that represents programming languages with pictures. See if you can find Cobol, Ada, Fortran, C, Turtle Graphics, Yacc, Perl, block structure, and recursion represented in this visual puzzle.
