with a letter explaining the expenses to
It is a good idea to keep a copy of the originals in case
they get lost in the mail. Also, please note that
we can only reimburse expenses up to $1000.00. Evaluation form: In your registration
packet, there was an evaluation form. It is extremely important
that you fill out this form and return it, as your feedback is critical input
to the agencies that funded the program. They carefullly evaluate such
feedback in making future funding decisions. If you already turned
in the form to the FCRC registration desk or mailed it to me, thank you! Otherwise,
please do so at your earliest convenience. If you need an evaluation
