ACM has added more online books to its Learning Center, which now includes videos from respected publishers. The new book titles are provided by Books 24x7 and Safari Books Online as part of ACM's continuing program to help professional members stay ahead of the curve in computing. The Safari custom collection of 700 titles now features videos from Safari's valuable list of respected publishers-O'Reilly, Pearson, Prentice Hall, Addison-Wesley, and more.

New added video titles from Safari cover Ruby on Rails, C++, Java, HTML5, iPhone and Android development, certification tracks, and other hot skill and subject areas.

Book topics include Android and iPhone development, ASP .NET 4, Java EE6, Project Management, Python, SharePoint 2010, Visual Basic 2010, and Visual C# 2010. Among the new titles is a classic book on parallel programming featured in the ACM Tech Pack on Parallel Computing: Parallel Programming in OpenMP.
