New IT, Business Courses and Books Free for Computing Professionals, Students

- The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is responding to the increasing popularity and convenience of online opportunities for upgrading technology skills by doubling the online courses, and significantly expanding the books in its current collection of learning resources. ACM is providing these online educational offerings to its 83,000 Professional and Student worldwide members for no charge. These extensive resources now include 2,200 courses from SkillSoft® covering a wide selection of topics in computing and information technology (IT) as well as business management and leadership. They also include 1,100 authoritative books on innovative IT and computer science technologies, and the newest books on practical business skills from leading E-Book providers Safari® and Books24x7®.
