The Publications Board embraces CoRR as the sole ACM-branded facility for technical reports and collections of workshops. CoRR should be promoted in that role. The Board reasserts that the DL is the sole ACM-branded facility where definitive versions of conference and journal papers are found. ACM should look into integrating CoRR into the Portal, for searching and for archival storage, and improving CoRR's user interface for submitting papers, perhaps through the SIG Project Fund. Section 2.6 of the ACM copyright policy should be removed.
