Access to non Digital Library Subscribers
(This policy was adopted at the Publications Board meeting on June 14, 2000)

The ACM Digital Library was developed by ACM at significant cost, and represents significant continued value to ACM. Providing access of a subset of this material to non-DL subscribers should in general be matched with either resources to maintain the DL or additional content to be made available in the DL, in part to pay the costs of providing that access. The Board encourages those requesting that access be given to view this as an opportunity to acquire new material for the DL.
