Transactions on the Web (TWEB) publishes refereed articles reporting the results of research on Web content, applications, use, and related enabling technologies on a quarterly basis.

Submissions are welcome on a range of Web-related topics, including the underlying technologies of the Web (e.g., browsers, hypertext, web services), novel applications of the Web (e.g., health), and the intersection of the Web with a variety of broader technologies (e.g., accessibility, social network analysis, privacy). Submissions addressing the intersection of the following broader technologies with the Web, as well as papers discussing specific Web technologies, applications, content generation and management and use are also within scope. Additionally, papers describing novel applications of the web, as well as papers on the underlying technologies are welcome.

ACM Updates Its Peer Review Policy

ACM is pleased to announce that its Publications Board has approved an updated Peer Review Policy. If you have any questions regarding the update, the associated FAQ addresses topics such as confidentiality, the use of large language models in the peer review process, conflicts of interest, and several other relevant concerns.
