This author kit is intended to help authors of accepted OOPSLA'98 submissions:
Camera-Ready CopyThree physical camera-ready copies, and one electronic copy (i.e. Postscript or PDF) of each submission are needed for the conference publications. Follow the CHI Conference Publications Format. The comments from reviewers may be useful when revising the submission. Papers may be up to 20 pages in length and will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Panels may be up to 4 pages long. Other submissions to appear in the Conference Addendum are workshop summaries, demonstrations, doctoral symposium, invited speakers, panels, videos: up to 6 pages in length. Camera-ready copies must arrive at the Conference Office by 18 July 1998. Audio/Visual FormsAudio/visual guidelines and request forms are available and required for papers, demonstrations, panels, experience reports, tutorials, invited speakers, and the educators' symposium. Tutorial speakers must submit their A/V request forms before 18 July 1998. Requests from all other presenters must be received by 15 August 1998. The address is:
Copyright and Permission FormsAll authors and speakers must complete and return the ACM Copyright Form. ACM Copyright permission forms must arrive at the Conference Office by 18 July 1998. In addition, tutorial speakers must complete and submit the Tutorial Speaker's Agreement. Tutorial Speaker's Agreements must be received by 25 June 1998. An Action Item Checklist and a Reimbursement Disbursement Form are also available for tutorial speakers. A Speaker Preparation Room (equipped with an overhead and slide projector) will be available at the conference on a first-come-first-served basis.
