5.0 OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS

5.1 Recording of Technical Sessions
Is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes without prior written consent of ACM and the speaker.

5.2 Technical Meeting Social Function
Conference social functions should be reasonably priced, so not to inflate registration fees.

5.3 Guards
Guards or ushers at ACM meetings are to be unarmed except where necessary to safeguard funds or equipment.
