Submission GuidelinesUbiquity articles are normally limited to 2500 words, although for special cases the editors will consider items up to 5000 words. Editors will review submissions, and reserve the right to edit for space and grammar. Authors submitting an article to Ubiquity automatically agree to assign a limited license to ACM if and when the article is accepted for publication. This license allows ACM to publish an article in Ubiquity and to include it in the ACM Digital Library. Ubiquity is a copyrighted product, all rights reserved. Articles published by Ubiquity are protected by the ACM copyright policy. Authors retain all rights to reuse of the material provided they cite Ubiquity as the published source. Downloads of articles or portions of articles in Ubiquity are permitted for personal use only, not for commercial use, or resale or distribution to others. Requests for permission to reprint or use any materials posted by Ubiquity should be directed to permissions@acm.org.
