COMPUTE 2020, 9 to 12 December (held virtually): Call for Participation

COMPUTE is ACM India's flagship conference on Computer Science Education. COMPUTE 2020 is hosted by Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (Nagpur), and will be held in virtual mode from 9 to 12 December 2020. We invite participation from faculty and researchers in all computing programmes, including Engineering (CSE, ISE, and related areas), BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc.

COMPUTE 2020 will feature:

  • a keynote talk by Sridhar Iyer, the winner of the first ACM India's Outstanding Contribution to Computing Education Award
  • a workshop to introduce college faculty to research in computer science education, as well as opportunities to participate in multi-institutional research studies
  • keynote talks by international experts Casey Feisler and Ricardo Caceffo, on topics related to computer science education
  • invited talks by speakers sharing their experience on online teaching and assessment 
  • a panel discussions on National Education Policy and Industry-Academic collaboration
