Non Subscriber DL Access

Reviewed April 2018

The ACM Digital Library was developed by ACM at significant cost, and represents significant continued value to ACM. Providing access of a subset of this material to non-DL subscribers should in general be matched with either resources to maintain the DL or additional content to be made available in the DL, in part to pay the costs of providing that access. The Board encourages those requesting that access be given to view this as an opportunity to acquire new material for the DL.

(This policy was adopted at the Publications Board meeting on June 14, 2000.)

ACM Case Studies

Written by leading domain experts for software engineers, ACM Case Studies provide an in-depth look at how software teams overcome specific challenges by implementing new technologies, adopting new practices, or a combination of both. Often through first-hand accounts, these pieces explore what the challenges were, the tools and techniques that were used to combat them, and the solution that was achieved.

Lifelong Learning

ACM offers lifelong learning resources including online books and courses from Skillsoft, TechTalks on the hottest topics in computing and IT, and more.
