SUBJECT: NOTICE OF THE EIGHTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the eighth Annual General Meeting of the members of Association for Computing Machinery ("Society") will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, 29th June 2019 at C/o. Persistent Systems Limited, "Pingala-Aryabhata" Plot No. 9A/12, CTS No. 12A/12, Erandwana, Pune - 411 004 to transact the following business:
- To confirm minutes of the previous meeting held on June 16, 2018;
- To receive and adopt the financial statements for the year 2018-19;
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2018-19;
- To appoint the auditors for the year 2019-20;
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
Note: Financial statements and Annual Report will be available on the website http://india.acm.org on June 28, 2019.
