Apply for ACM India Online Winter Schools 2022, 3 to 16 January, by 7 November

October 15, 2021

We are pleased to announce "ACM India Online Winter Schools 2022." These schools offer self-motivated students in-depth knowledge and exposure to research in advanced technology areas. Each school typically covers academic and applied research, and is taught by the best-in-class faculty from academia as well as industry. Each day typically comprises lectures as well as tutorial sessions with hands-on problem solving experience. Toward the end of the school, there will be a session focused on career options in the area covered by the school.

These schools are targeted at students in the pre-final year of Bachelor's program or higher, unless marked otherwise in the school’s website. Like previous iterations, we again have one school exclusively for women students. Please note that these schools are open to all students, not only those who are ACM members. So please feel free to circulate this message in your academic institutions and fellow student networks.

Given the current situation, we are organizing all the schools virtually. The hope is that the Winter Schools will provide a beneficial option to learn something of highest quality during the break from the safety of your home, the best place to be until we tide over the crisis. We encourage you to go ahead and apply to the schools of your interest. We are waiving the usual application fee. Only the selected students will be asked to pay the registration fee of Rs750.

Please apply for the Winter Schools here.
