Invitation to participate in ACM-W India AthenaHacks 2023: Innovating with Women in Technology!
We are thrilled to introduce AthenaHacks 2023, an extraordinary hackathon designed to empower women students in the field of technology. AthenaHacks 2023 is the 8th Edition of the national level 24-hour hackathon organized by ACM-Women India, and this year, we are proud to announce that it is hosted by PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
As esteemed members of the ACM community, we invite you to help us spread the word and encourage the girl students to participate in and support this inspiring event. Our mission is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for women students to explore and excel in technology.
Event Highlights:
AthenaHacks 2023 comprises three exciting stages:
1. Idea Submission (Open Now):
Participants, in teams of three female students, are invited to submit their innovative ideas by taking a problem in one of the specified domains. The selected proposals from this stage will proceed to the next round.
2. Proposal Presentation:
Teams with selected proposals will have the opportunity to present their ideas. The most promising teams will advance to the final stage.
3. 24-Hour Hackathon at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore:
The selected teams will gather for an immersive 24-hour offline hackathon at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. Here, the participants will come up with new solutions for the problem statement given and compete for prizes and recognition.
