Dear Member,
NOTICE is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of the professional members of Association for Computing Machinery India (“Society”) will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, 28th June 2025 at Indian Institute of Science, CV Raman Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560012 to transact the following business. This will be hybrid** meeting.
AGENDA
1. To confirm minutes of the previous meeting held on June 29, 2024
Minutes were published on the website: https://india.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/india/agm-29-june-2024-moms.pdf
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2024-25
Annual Report will be available on the website on June 25, 2025.
3. To receive and adopt Financial Statements for the year 2024-25
Financial statements will be available on the website on June 25, 2025.
4. To appoint the auditors for the year 2025-26
5. To receive and adopt the results of elections of the Executive Committee of ACMI - W and confirm
the retiring Executive Committee members
6. To receive and adopt Election of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer of ACMI - W for the
term July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027
7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
