The Applicative conference, which debuted in New York in February, featured talks on the latest in emerging technologies and techniques geared specifically to software developers. The conference consisted of two tracks, one looking at system level programming and the other at application development.

Topics include data management, memory allocation, JavaScript applications, how time relates to programming, and novel applications of probabilistic algorithms.
