- People – Identify ways to broaden diversity among membership and leadership of ACM:
- HBCUs (and other Minority Serving Institutions) via outreach, speakers bureau, sponsorship of conferences, etc. For example, ADMI, free 1-year memberships, travel grants
- Understand statistics around diversity of conference planning committees and conference presenters
- ACM leadership, such as SIG Boards and Councils (membership and leadership)

- Student chapters, hosting workshops before conferences
